Our Mission
Supporting Tones Music Therapy provides client-led, trauma-informed music therapy that helps women and neurodiverse individuals express what's been silenced, reclaim their identities, and celebrate their whole selves, so they can stop living by someone else's rules and start building lives that feel like theirs.
Our Vision
A world where women and neurodiverse individuals celebrate their differences, reclaim their voices, and build lives that feel authentically theirs, where being 'too much' is recognized as their power, not a problem to be managed.
Core Values
Being real, transparent, and true to who you are, not performing or pretending to be someone you're not.
AUTHENTICITY
Honoring people's right to make their own choices and control their own lives. Agency over everything.
AUTONOMY
Deep admiration for people's abilities, qualities, experiences, and choices, even when they're different from your own.
RESPECT
A deep feeling of concern for others' suffering combined with a strong desire to help alleviate it. Compassion is active, not passive.
COMPASSION
Being receptive to new ideas, different perspectives, and experiences outside the norm. No rigid rules or boxes.
OPENNESS
The ability to think outside the box, improvise, and create something unique. Valuing expression and imagination.
CREATIVITY
Telling the truth, doing the right thing, and being aligned in word and action, even when it's hard.
HONESTY & INTEGRITY
Treating people with warmth, care, and consideration, while also holding boundaries and accountability.
